UKREiiF is the UK’s leading real estate investment and infrastructure event taking place between 20-22 May 2025, in Leeds. The event connects people, places and businesses to drive sustainable, inclusive and transformative investment and regeneration.

Holistic Insight is a leading research and engagement consultancy that empowers B2B organisations with data-driven insights to strengthen relationships and enhance market positioning. Partnering with leadership, business development, marketing, and HR teams, they assess and optimise key connections, whether with employees, clients, partners, or suppliers, to drive growth and long-term success.

Through this partnership, Holistic Insight will gather and analyse valuable data from UKREiiF’s 16,000+ attendees, capturing their sentiment on the real estate market. The research will uncover whether people feel optimistic or uncertain and identify the key challenges shaping the industry’s future.

Nathan Spencer, Managing Director at UKREiiF, said: “Understanding the perspectives of those at the heart of the industry is crucial for driving meaningful conversations and informed decision-making. Through our partnership with Holistic Insight, we’ll gain real-time outlooks from our attendees, helping to highlight key opportunities and challenges in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. We’re excited to bring this added layer of insight to UKREiiF 2025, ensuring it remains a platform for actionable intelligence and impactful connections.”

Nicola Hanser, Director at Holistic Insight, which specialises in B2B research and has extensive experience working with companies in the built environment, said: “Partnering with UKREiiF on this research project harnesses a significant opportunity to tap into the knowledge and sentiment of thousands of real estate professionals. In the largest survey of its kind, invaluable insights will be uncovered, providing reliable data not just for the UK as a whole but also at a regional, sector and seniority level.

“Once we’ve gathered and analysed all of the data, we will be making the results available for the benefit of delegates and the wider industry, via our sister business, Holistic, which is a strategic communications consultancy  specialised in the built environment,” she added.

UKREiiF is supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the fourth annual event will be held in Leeds on 20-22 May 2025. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
