The Countdown to UKREiiF 2026
It is almost time for the fifth UKREiiF, the largest one to date. An expected 16,000+ delegates including 2,200+ speakers, 150+ exhibitors, 1,000+ occupiers, 1,750+ developers and 275+ local authorities will be in attendance.
UKREiiF’s purpose is to connect people, places and businesses to drive sustainable, inclusive, and transformative investment and regeneration. With over £300 billion in live investment opportunities expected to be showcased and more than 150+ fringe events running alongside content delivered across 60+ stages, there is a lot to unpack! Here’s some of what you can expect…
Strategic partnerships at UKREiiF
Several major partnerships have been confirmed, including:
- L&G, one of the UK’s leading pensions providers and asset managers, is the headline partner for UKREiiF 2026
- Pagabo has been announced as the exclusive Strategic Growth Partner for UKREiiF 2026, which has been unveiled in the form of the Local Growth Pavilion. It will be open to local authorities to share growth plans, highlight opportunities in their region and connect with the people and businesses that can bring them to life
- AECOM will unveil a dedicated hub for networking and insights, hosting the Dockside Café and Meeting Area, designed to facilitate meaningful dialogue between delegates
- Names including McDonald’s, Welsh Government, Capsticks Solicitors, Future Homes Hub, Invest Hull & East Yorkshire, Kier, SLR Consulting, West of England Combined Authority, Saint-Gobain, Willmott Dixon, Winvic Construction Ltd, JLL, and Lovell have all secured dedicated pavilions or networking hubs.
